Scheduling Your Appointment
Our specially trained medical concierges are here to help you:

  • Identify the appropriate specialist(s)
  • Coordinate multiple appointments
  • Learn about treatments and services available at Johns Hopkins
  • Make recommendations related to your trip to Baltimore

We’re available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EST) Monday through Friday. If you leave us a message outside of those hours, we’ll return your call on the very next business day.

What to Expect

  • Total care begins as soon as you make the call. Our staff assistant will ask you some basic information and assign a dedicated medical concierge to help you.
  • Your medical concierge will call you directly the same day to gather more detailed information, and to send you any information that you might need. He or she may also request that you send some necessary documents, such as medical records.
  • From there, your medical concierge will contact the relevant Johns Hopkins specialists and send your information to them for review.
  • After the physician(s) determine the best course of action, your medical concierge will schedule your appointments in the most efficient way possible and confirm them with you.
  • At that time, the medical concierge will also make recommendations for your travel needs—including transportation, hotels and local dining and entertainment options for you and any accompanying family members.
